Clerking Console Overview (VIDEO)


In this video, we cover the training and user interface of the clerking console. 

To access the clerking console:

  • Login to the Admin Console
  • In the "Upcoming Auctions" section, you will see the button for the "Clerk Console" & "Publish" Video
    • Note: The console automatically appears about 90 minutes prior to the start of your live auction.

  • Changes made to the catalog after the clerk console is enabled (whether the auction has started or not) may not be reflected. Our live auction system uses caching so we can run a smooth sale with zero latency. If you need to make edits after the clerk button is showing in admin please call our Support line (1-866-309-2828) so they can restart the clerk and your changes are reflected in the live sale room.

  • The "Live Overlay" button that appears on your customer facing platform is reflective of the opening lot. Once the clerk console is engaged, if you jump to another lot and click "open lot" it will show a second "Live Overlay" on that lot.
