The client experience using the online bidding system will vary based on the type of sales that you conduct, their device of choice to participate and settings you configure prior to the start of an auction.
Each client will have the ability to easily:
- Download the mobile or tablet app
- Connect and register on the mobile, tablet or web bidding system
- Share items of interest through Social Media, email and text
- View lots they are bidding on
- View won and lost lots from previous auctions
- Follow artists (if enabled)
- Watch lots of interest
- Edit their name, phone, or address associated with the account
- Change/reset their password
- Add a different credit card (if enabled).
- Clients can delete a credit card so as long as it's not being used for registration.
