Adding, Importing, or Deleting a Bid for a Registrant

Admins of an account have the ability to add a new bid, import bids from outside of the system, or delete a bid on the registrants behalf. 

Adding a Bid:

  • In the admin console, select "Users" from the top-level navigation
  • Search for the registrant by name or email address
  • Select their name, then select "Bids" in the upper right-hand corner
  • Select the "Add Bid +" button
  • Add the lot number and bid amount
  • Select submit
  • The bid has been placed on behalf of that user and will now show in their bid history. In addition, should they login on the site / app, they will now see the bid in their "my bids" section of the menu

Deleting a Bid:

  • In the admin console, select "Users" from the top-level navigation
  • Search for the registrant by name or email address
  • Select their name, then select "Bids" in the upper right-hand corner
  • Select "delete bid" next to the item the client wishes to no longer bid on
  • One the bid has been deleted, the item is no longer is visible under the 'my bids' section

Importing a Bid: 

  • In the admin console, select "Users" from the top-level navigation
  • Search for the registrant by name or email address
  • Select their name, then select "Bids" in the upper right-hand corner
  • Select "import bids" from the page
  • Select the CSV file from your computer that contains the bids you wish to import
    • See the sample CSV in the attachment section
      • Lot numbers with lot extensions should be in the form 1A.
      • Group_id, group_quantity, & plus_one are optional fields
